1. DESIGN OF INNOVATIVE MASTER’S PROGRAMMES AND COURSES (FASHION AND DESIGN SECTOR) AND ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL MARKET DEMAND
The initiative was launched through a strategic planning process aimed at defining the educational architecture, teaching framework and content of the Master’s programme, in line with the skills requirements expressed by the beauty sector.
The project was developed on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the target market, complemented by structured discussions with qualified stakeholders and industry representatives, in order to ensure that the educational offering was fully aligned with key emerging trends and the needs of the industry. The findings of this analysis provided the basis for the subsequent design of the programme, developed according to a competence-based approach integrating experiential learning methods – including workshops, case studies and project work – while enhancing the learning-by-doing paradigm and fostering the acquisition of highly marketable professional skills.
Innovation was the guiding principle throughout the entire design process, reflected both in the methodological framework and in the integration of strategically relevant content – including digitalisation, e-commerce, sustainability and product innovation – as well as in the adoption of an interdisciplinary educational model aimed at strengthening the connection between higher education and the labour market.
The design process therefore made it possible to broaden and enhance the academic offering, strengthening its ability to respond effectively to market transformations and the evolving needs of companies operating in the sector.
2. AI AGENTS: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN OF INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS, SUPPORT TOOLS AND ENGAGEMENT SYSTEMS TO ENHANCE THE UNIVERSITY–STUDENT RELATIONSHIP
The project involves the development of a platform based on Artificial Intelligence agents integrated into the My DigitalSchool application, designed to interact with students in natural language and provide continuous support throughout their entire university journey. The system will provide constantly updated information on students’ academic progress, assist them in planning activities and deadlines, ensure 24/7 support, and simplify access to university information and services through an intelligent interface designed to complement the University’s institutional systems.
3. DATA ANALYSIS, KPIs AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN E-LEARNING: STUDY AND ASSESSMENT OF THE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION PROCESS, OPENING OF NEW LOCATIONS AND POTENTIAL MARKET DEMAND (MARKET OFFERING, ACQUISITION TOOLS AND CUSTOMER RETENTION)
The project focuses on the development of data analysis models and performance monitoring systems to support e-learning activities and student acquisition processes. Through the definition and periodic analysis of dedicated KPIs, the project monitors the acquisition funnel by marketing channel, conversion rates and enrolment conversion times, processing times, and the performance of individual locations and sales networks. The analyses also include the study of potential market demand, the educational offering, the geographical distribution and socio-demographic profile of students, providing useful indicators to support the University’s strategic decisions in the areas of development, student guidance and customer retention.
4. CRM AND PLACEMENT TOOLS: CONSOLIDATION OF A PROPRIETARY CRM PLATFORM TO SUPPORT STUDENT PLACEMENT AND EMPLOYABILITY
The project involves the further development of the technological infrastructure of eCampus WorkApp, the placement platform dedicated to the University’s students and graduates. The platform will centralise all placement opportunities within a single environment, bringing together both job vacancies automatically published through the Skilljob network – including those sourced from Indeed – and vacancies entered directly by the eCampus Placement Office as a result of partnerships with companies and other organisations.
Users will be able to browse professional opportunities tailored to their profile, apply with a single click and view the degree of compatibility between their skills and available positions. The platform will therefore strengthen the connection between the University and the labour market, facilitating interaction between students, graduates and employers.
The project also includes the enhancement of the ATS system through the progressive introduction of Artificial Intelligence-based features designed to improve the matching of candidates with job opportunities, automate screening activities and test innovative tools, such as AI Interview Agents, to support recruitment processes and skills assessment.
5. CUSTOMER CARE AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY: MANAGING STUDENT RELATIONS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, THE UNIVERSITY BLOG AND WEB RADIO AS TOOLS FOR ENGAGEMENT WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND SOCIETY
The project is aimed at developing and consolidating an integrated communication and relationship system for students, graduates and the wider university community through the coordinated use of social media platforms, the University blog and eCampus Web Radio. These activities are designed to strengthen dialogue between the University and its students, fostering more immediate, accessible and continuous forms of interaction and contributing to the development of relationships based on listening, involvement and participation.
The integration of different channels also makes it possible to develop customer care and customer loyalty strategies aimed at improving the student experience throughout the university journey, while at the same time enhancing the University’s content, initiatives and activities. The project also explores the role of digital media as tools for engagement with local communities and wider society, promoting knowledge dissemination, participation in university life and the strengthening of the eCampus community.
6. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS AND DIGITAL ASSETS FOR THE WEBSITE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM FOR ECAMPUS UNIVERSITY PRESS
The project focuses on the concept development, design and creation of digital tools and communication materials supporting eCampus University Press, with the aim of enhancing its editorial identity, promoting the dissemination of scientific and academic publications and improving their accessibility through digital channels.
Activities include the design of content and materials for the website, the organisation and presentation of the publishing catalogue, and the management of the e-commerce platform dedicated to browsing and purchasing publications. Particular attention is paid to user experience, clarity of information and the integration of communication, editorial promotion and digital tools, helping to increase the visibility of the University’s publication series and scientific output across its various Faculties and to promote their dissemination among students, faculty members, researchers and the wider public.
7. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE MASTER’S PROGRAMMES AND COURSES (DIGITAL AND AI SECTOR) FOR ECAMPUS DIGITAL SCHOOL: MARKETING AND STUDENT MANAGEMENT
The project focuses on the design, development and management of eCampus Digital School educational programmes, with particular emphasis on innovation in the Digital and Artificial Intelligence sectors through programmes dedicated to AI applications for business and AI Engineering.
The initiative is based on an innovative educational model that combines academic learning, practical workshops, live-streamed activities and digital tools, with the aim of developing skills that can be immediately applied in the labour market. The programmes are continuously designed and updated to respond to the evolution of digital professions and the latest technological innovations, with particular attention to developments in Artificial Intelligence. Teaching activities are delivered by professionals from the corporate and consulting sectors, who provide practical expertise and real-world case studies directly connected to market needs.
The project also covers the management of the entire student lifecycle through a team of online tutors, a placement service supporting curricular internships, and digital communication activities aimed at promoting the educational offering and fostering engagement within the student community.
